Role Purpose:
Projects/initiatives that we want you to contribute to or lead the charge on:
- Payment engine: we are enhancing our payment processing architecture to further leverage cloud capabilities, microservices, events etc
- API as a product: we are creating a new set of APIs to allow internal (and later, external) teams to access the powerful features of the platform
- Alternative payment methods: we are extending our capabilities into non-card payments such as Open Banking
- Payouts and remittances: we want to leverage the ever-increasing coverage of real time push payments for P2P and B2C payments

Role Purpose:

As a Technical Product Manager at Curve, you will have the opportunity to be the driver at all stages of the process from feature inception through to optimisation.
You will take ownership of significant payments-centric features such as multi-currency settlement, new acquirer onboarding or enhanced fraud detection and manage delivery of those features primarily by the PayTech team, and cross-team dependency management. You will work with the VP of Payment Solutions to agree on ongoing prioritisation of features.
Key Accountabilities:
- Identify market, product and process enhancement opportunities and contribute to the product vision and business strategy.
- Take ownership of new features, ensuring that needs and concerns of areas such as Product, Finance, Data, Fraud and Compliance are addressed.
- Document the requirements and constraints in the form of user stories, diagrams, PRDs, tables.
- Collaborate with other product teams to envision possible solutions and take care of the end-to-end user journey
- Communicate constantly and deliver the product vision within your team and across the company
- Support the Paytech team in the technical design and estimation of the solution.
- Work hand-in-glove with engineering teams, making sure that delivery remains viable while providing the best experience for our customers.

Requirements:
- We are looking for talent with technical background, therefore candidates with past experience in engineering will be highly preferred.
- Have 4+ years of experience within the Payments industry (Merchant Acquirer, Payment Gateway)
- Have 2+ years of technical product management experience, having managed at least one entire product development cycle from concept to launch
- Experience working in a Scrum environment.
- Always put the customer first, seeking to validate your assumptions against real customer feedback and data.
- Have proven track record leading with complex strategic and operational initiatives, working through technical, operational, legal/policy and business issues

Role Purpose:
As a Junior CRM Executive, you will be working within the Growth team. Growth operates at the intersection of Product, Marketing, and Data, which makes this a very unique opportunity to learn and grow in multiple disciplines across the company! Key Accountabilities
- Support the CRM manager with day-to-day operations of email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, building automated programs, implementing dynamic content, and running A/B tests

As an industry disruptor in the consumer payments field, Curve is searching for an experienced Senior FP&A Analyst to join our fast-paced team. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for financial planning and analysis, boasting substantial know-how in financial modelling, forecasting, and strategic decision-making. The first deliverable in this role is to redesign and automate modelling & reporting of operating costs by department.
You’ll play a critical role in shaping the future of Curve by providing key insights into business performance, facilitating an effective planning process & developing our financial capabilities. This is a highly visible role with exposure across the leadership team and key business stakeholders
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain robust financial models and forecasts to support the company's strategic objectives and decision making.
- Automate & own the reporting of operating costs at a departmental level
- Partner with the Strategy team to support modelling requirements for new business initiatives.

Role Purpose:

The purpose of the Senior Product Designer is to be the brains behind the features we release, to conceptualise and implement innovative ideas and designs that have the user in mind at every stage of the design process. You will define how our customers interact with us, with a global reach of 31 countries your designs will have a global impact and portray to the market how we are incorporating the wants and needs of multiple customer bases.
We are committed to providing a world-class standard for our customers, through research into behavioural-changing features and to validate designs you will look into best practises and methodologies to adhere to the high expectations we set. It will be a joint venture between the Product Designer and the Product Managers to shape the product strategy and product vision, and a collaborative effort between the entire Product team to ensure we are consistent with our brand vision.
Key Accountabilities:
- Work in a cross-functional, multi-disciplinary team alongside a Principal Product Designer starting with the initial discovery phase, defining the experience at a high level, right through to building out and meticulously documenting the final UI for developer handoff.
- Collaborate and communicate with many stakeholders across the organisation, producing high quality documentation to facilitate meetings and interactions where product and design are involved.
