1. When you refer someone to Curve using your unique referral link, we’ll add £20 to your Curve Cash card (the “Referral Reward”) and we’ll also add £5 to the Curve Cash card of the person you refer. 

2. To be eligible for the Referral Reward:

2.1. you must refer someone using your unique referral link (which can be found in the referral screen in the Curve app); and

2.2. you must make, or have made during your time as a Curve customer, at least 3 transactions on your Curve card and those transactions must have totaled at least £20; and

2.3. within 21 days of signing up to Curve, the person you refer must have made at least 3 transactions on their Curve card and those transactions must have totaled at least £20.

3. The Referral Reward will not be earned if the conditions set out at paragraph 2 are not met. So, for example, if the person you refer does not make 3 payments on their Curve card within 21 days, you will not receive the reward.

4. By taking part in this promotion, you acknowledge that eligibility for the Referral Reward is dependent on the actions of a third party (that is, the person you refer) and that if the person you refer does not meet the eligibility conditions then you will not be eligible to receive the Referral Reward.  

5. The Referral Reward is added as Curve Cash Points to your Curve Cash card (which you can see in the Curve app). You’ll receive £5 once the person you refer has spent £5 on their Curve card (provided this is done within 21 days) and the remaining £15 up to 14 days after the conditions of paragraph 2 have been met.

6. If you are a resident of the EEA, amounts specified in GBP (£) are to be read as the equivalent amount in your local currency.

7. This offer is only valid where the person referred is a new user who has not registered for a Curve account before.

8. You will be immediately disqualified from this promotion if Curve finds that you have created multiple accounts or if we reasonably believe you are attempting to obtain the Referral Reward by illegal or improper means.

9. Curve has the right to withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.

10. We may, at our sole discretion, suspend, terminate or change the terms of this promotion.

11. We will not be liable for any loss or claim, whether direct or indirect, which arises from this promotion.

12. If you are a resident of the UK, this promotion will be governed by English law and the English courts have jurisdiction to hear any disputes in relation to it.

13. If you are a resident of the EEA, this promotion will be governed by Lithuanian law and the Lithuanian courts have jurisdiction to hear any disputes in relation to it.
