3% CASHBACK HUAWEI OFFER TERMS

Version 1 - Published 30th April 2026 

  1. We are offering Curve Pay  customers the opportunity to earn 3% cashback, up to £30 / €30 in the form of Curve Cash Points, on all eligible spend on their Huawei wearable device (“Huawei Device”) during the Promotional Period (the “3% Cashback Offer”) on the terms set out below (the “Terms”).

  2. Promotional Period: The 3% Cashback Offer starts at 00:00:01 CET on 30th April 2026 and finishes at 23:59:59 CET on 30th June 2026. 

  3. Eligible Customers: The 3% Cashback Offer is available to active existing Curve Pay customers who spend on their Huawei Device and who are residents of the United Kingdom and countries in the European Economic Area (EEA), are aged 18 years or over at the date of entry, excluding employees of Curve UK Limited, Curve Europe UAB, Curve Credit Limited, , Curve Netherlands B.V. and their immediate families, associated agents, or anyone professionally connected with the offer. Curve accepts no liability for users who do not qualify for entry into the Prize Draw.

  4. Eligible Purchase: A transaction with the value of at least £2 / €2 made using Curve Pay on a Huawei Device during the Promotional Period (see exclusions on transactions at paragraph 10 below). 

  5. For the avoidance of doubt, any purchases made using a non-Huawei Device will not constitute an Eligible Purchase and will not  be eligible for this promotion.

How it works

  1. Once you have successfully added Curve Pay to your Huawei Device you will earn 3% cashback on all your Eligible Purchases (see exclusions on transactions at paragraph 10 below) on your Curve card via your Huawei Device during the Promotional Period (the “Reward”), up to a limit of £30 / €30 . 

The Reward     

  1. The Reward will be given to you in Curve Cash Points which will be added to your Curve Cash Card (you can see this in the Curve Pay app). Our Curve Rewards and Curve Cash scheme terms apply (see here). If you are a UK resident, please note that FSCS protection does not apply to the funds held on your Curve Cash Card.   1. The maximum Reward you can earn under the 3% Cashback Offer during the Offer Period is £30 / €30 in Curve Cash Points. The Reward will be added to your Curve Cash Card within 30 days of the end of the Promotional Period.

  1. Curve Cash Points have no cash value and are not deemed to be e-money or any other equivalent of a fiat currency. You cannot use Curve Cash Points to withdraw or otherwise redeem them for cash. Please refer to our Curve Rewards and Curve Cash scheme terms for further details (see here). Your use of Curve Cash Points is subject to our UK Terms of Service (if you are a UK resident) or to our EEA Terms of Service (if you are a resident of the EEA).

  2. The following transactions will not qualify as an Eligible Purchase: 

  1. transactions or purchases of, or relating to, financial services, including but not limited to wire transfers, money orders, money transfers, insurance services, insurance sales, insurance underwriting, insurance premiums, cash disbursement, quasi cash, stored value funding, MoneySend, funding of cards and accounts, securities/shares (including through brokers and dealers), overpayments, bonds, savings bonds;

  2. transactions or purchases of, or relating to, lotteries, casinos, gambling or gambling like services, fines, bail and bond payments, tax payments, and government services;

  3. purchases made using your Curve Cash card balance;

  4. Curve Fronted transactions; 

  5. ATM withdrawals; and

  6. transactions or purchases of, or relating to, colleges, universities, professional schools and junior colleges.

  1. Fair use: The 3% Cashback Offer is subject to our UK Fair Use Policy (if you are a UK resident) or to our EEA Fair Use Policy (if you are a resident of the EEA). Any violation of our Fair Use Policy may result in us suspending your participation in the 3% Cashback Offer and Curve Cash Points or suspending or closing your Curve account. You will not be credited Curve Cash Points that we reasonably believe were obtained in violation of our Fair Use Policy. We will also revoke any Curve Cash Points granted where we reasonably believe they were obtained by fraud or otherwise in violation of these Terms. Curve reserves the right to revoke any Curve Cash Points granted in excess of the maximum limit as set out in our Fair Use Policy.

  2. Disqualification or suspension: 

  1. Any person persistently trying to circumvent these Terms will be immediately disqualified. Any person who creates or attempts to create duplicate Curve accounts to obtain entries into the 3% Cashback Offer will be ineligible.

  2. Curve reserves the right to disqualify customers where there are reasonable grounds to believe they are acting fraudulently or where there has been a breach of these Terms.

  3. Curve also reserves the right to reverse any Reward credited to your Curve account if we become aware that you have breached these Terms or the terms that apply to your Curve account. We will consider the reversal of any Reward to have been done with your consent and the payment to have been authorised by you.

  1. Other promotions: Curve may determine in its sole discretion that the 3% Cashback Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or offer by Curve.

  2. Suspending or amending the 3% Cashback Offer and/or Terms: 

  1. Curve retains the right to amend, suspend or end these Terms and/or the 3% Cashback Offer without any prior notice (including if, in our reasonable opinion, the 3% Cashback Offer is being abused or may negatively affect Curve’s goodwill or reputation or due to unforeseen circumstances which may make it impossible for us to continue running the 3% Cashback Offer). 

  2. Curve will not be liable for any loss, whether directly or indirectly suffered where we are unable to continue running the 3% Cashback Offer as planned. 

  1. Acceptance of Terms: By signing up for the 3% Cashback Offer, you will be deemed to have accepted the Terms. 

  2. Use of Personal Data: Personal data provided will be used for the purposes of administering the 3% Cashback Offer and your Curve account. Please see Curve’s Privacy Policy here.

  3. Law and Jurisdiction: The 3% Cashback Offer and these Terms are governed by the laws of England and and Wales and any legal proceedings in relation to them will be held in the courts of England and Wales if you are a United Kingdom resident and by Lithuanian law and Lithuanian courts if you are a Lithuanian resident. If you are resident in another EEA country, nothing in these Terms prevents you from taking legal action in the country in which you reside.
